In this message that was sent on Sunday, Dr Rouhani wrote: “I hope we can present a clear image of merciful Islam to the entire world through empathy, brotherhood, and establishing peace, stability and security among all Muslims because of this blessed Eid”.
“I am confident that we can eradicate violence, extremism, and terrorism from Islamic lands with each other’s help and with using the lofty teachings of Islam,” the President continued.
He also asked the Almighty prosperity for all Muslims around the world.
